Delivery time depends on the carrier selected.

By selecting Colissimo, the delivery time is 2 to 5 working days.

By selecting Mondial Relay, the delivery time is 3 to 6 working days depending on the destination.

Delivery may be delayed due to exceptional circumstances.

After processing your order, you will receive an email containing your package's shipping number.

Once we have forwarded the package to the sender, you will then be able to check its tracking.

The buyer has a period of fourteen days from receipt of the products to exercise his right of withdrawal without having to provide reasons or pay penalties.

Items will be refunded if, and only if, they are returned in the same condition and in their original packaging.

After receiving your package, we will process your return within two business days. You will be notified by email when your return has been processed and your refund has been processed.

The refund will take up to 14 days, not including your bank's processing time.

If you paid for your order using a gift card, the refund will be issued in the form of a store voucher.
